This project supports her and other women who have very few opportunities to earn money for their families. These women from Africa, South America and the middle east struggle to find traditional employment, as immigrants and refugees are the last to be picked for jobs among high unemployment. In October 2019, Elevāt was invited to help form a women’s co-op by providing sewing and jewelry project training.
