Diez 42, located in Malaga, Spain, is a center that helps immigrants and refugees integrate into the community through language classes, job training, and various activities. These women from Africa, South America and the middle east struggle to find traditional employment, as immigrants and refugees are the last to be picked for jobs among high unemployment. In October 2019, Elevāt was invited to help form a women’s co-op by providing sewing and jewelry project training.
