Girls with Vision is led by a team of volunteers who have responded to the incredible need surrounding women in the community of N’gando in Nairobi, Kenya. These women work with beading projects, start businesses that help them become independent, and find jobs that pay fair wages in the community.

The Tamar Center reaches out to women trapped in the sex industry in Pattaya, Thailand, builds relationships with them and provides job training, counseling services, and biblical teaching. Diez 42, located in Málaga, Spain, is a center that helps immigrants and refugees integrate into the community through language classes, job training, and various activities. Many women struggle to find traditional employment, as native Spaniards do not like to hire immigrants and refugees. In 2019, Elevāt was invited to support the center by providing sewing training and patterns to help form a women's co-op. Women from a variety of nations gather weekly to create bracelets, scarves, and dusters to sell to Elevāt and others to earn money for their family.
